Do you charge a planning or service fee?

No. Serreis Travel does not charge a planning or service fee. When you book your cruise or vacation with us, our professional travel planning services, expert guidance, and ongoing support are included. As a boutique luxury cruise travel agency, we focus on delivering exceptional value and a seamless planning experience.

However, we do have a fee for Group Reservations.  Please contact us for further information.

Do you book flights for cruises?

Yes. We book flights as part of our full-service cruise and vacation planning. Air travel is carefully coordinated with your cruise itinerary, transfers, and overall travel timeline to ensure a smooth experience.

Please note: we do not offer flight-only booking services.

Do you recommend travel insurance for cruises?

Yes—travel insurance is strongly recommended. We offer trusted travel protection options designed to cover trip delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected situations. We help you select coverage that aligns with your specific cruise itinerary and travel style, giving you peace of mind before and during your trip.

If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, a travel protection waiver is required.

Do you offer pre- and post-cruise land packages?

Yes. We offer thoughtfully planned pre- and post-cruise land packages as part of our luxury cruise planning services. These land stays allow you to explore your destination more deeply and enjoy a well-paced, stress-free travel experience.

What does a travel advisor do for cruise planning?

A professional travel advisor manages the details so you don’t have to. At Serreis Travel, we handle cruise ship selection, itinerary planning, flights, transfers, timing, and pre- and post-cruise arrangements. Our role is to simplify the process, eliminate guesswork, and ensure your trip is thoughtfully planned from start to finish.

How do you choose the best cruise options for me?

After your consultation, we begin designing your trip based on your destination preferences, timeline, priorities, and budget. We then present a curated selection of options during a follow-up video consultation. Once you’re ready to move forward, we handle the booking and continue supporting you before, during, and after your trip.

What if something goes wrong while we’re traveling?

When you book with Serreis Travel, you receive ongoing travel support. If a delay, cancellation, or unexpected issue arises, we step in to assist and help resolve it quickly. We also proactively monitor your itinerary and check in along the way to ensure your trip stays on track.

How far in advance should I plan my cruise or vacation?

Due to demand and seasonal availability, we recommend booking your cruise or vacation 9–12 months in advance. Planning early provides the best choice of itineraries, accommodations, and pricing. However, if your travel timeline is shorter, we can still create a memorable and well-planned experience.

How will we communicate during the planning process?

Your initial consultation and trip presentation are conducted via video conference. Once planning is underway, most communication takes place via email, allowing you to review details at your convenience while keeping everything organized and clear.
